Within automation, the take up is used to rewind strip material from a reel-to-reel plating system, cleaning system, or other similar apparatus. The single disk horizontal style take up system is configured with a single disk mounted horizontally. This allows the strip material to be operated in the vertical plane.

The take up system is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel material. Footpads are included for proper leveling of the unit. A non-powered paper payout disk with interweave is optionally available.
