Dual Take Up System

The payout system is used to unwind strip material into a reel-to-reel plating system, cleaning system, or other similar apparatus. The horizontal style system is configured with two separate disks mounted horizontally. This allows the strip material to be operated in the vertical plane, and allows the operator to have a second, full reel already loaded when the first reel becomes empty.

The system is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel material. Footpads are included for proper leveling of the unit. An adjustable slip clutch is included to maintain tension on the material as it unwinds.
