Air Wipe, Compressed Air

PSI’s Reel-To-Reel Plating Systems utilize a unique air
blow-off to remove moisture from the parts. Each assembly features from 2-5 air nozzles, with machined ports to direct air flow to the strip material. As a standard, PSI installs an air wipe after each process station in the plating system to reduce dragout.
